need help registering

We just joined and got our PINs in the mail for the DVCmembers site. Mine registered fine but it won't take my DW registeration. Her last number is .2 while mine is .1 It tells us she has an invalid number. Do only one of us register??? Thanks

Both of you should be able to register. I'd call MS on Monday and ask for the website assistance.

I agree with Tamu91. I had the same problem and no matter what I tried it didn't work. It only got resolved when I called MS. Good luck.
