Hopefully some of you can help me. I have a ton of American Girl Samantha doll stuff that I want to sell on ebay. It is all in excellent condition(hardly played with) I even have the box for the Samantha doll and her bed. I also have her commode, desk and trunk. Do you think I should sell everything together (doll, bed, commode, desk, trunk for one price or sell everything separate? How much do you think I should start the bidding for everything if I keep it together? Thanks for any help.

There is an american girl website like the dis. You might want to try selling on there first or craigslist to avoid the ebay fees. There is someone on the DIS that knows alot about AG and pricing, but I can't remember her name. I just remember seeing her post on the community board AG threads.

Sorry I can't help with pricing, but you should take a look at the completed listings on Ebay for the stuff you have to get an idea of what it is going for. Depending on when your Samantha was made, it might be more valuable.

The site is www.agplaythings.com. Very knowledgable people and there is a section to sell items. I would definitely look into it, I've bought several things off that board and have really good luck. In fact, my daughters Samantha doll & bed came from there. If you go the ebay route, this is a good time with the holidays coming. I would say you'd probably get more listing the items separately. Just make a note in your listings for people to ck out your other items. This way they'll know that you have several items listed from the same collection. Good luck.

I'd list things separately, and definitely now as prices on Ebay are up before the holidays. People on the AGPlaythings board may be hesitant to buy something from you if you've never posted before. Definitely use the "completed listings" search for your items and don't price them lower than what you'd accept. Good luck!

Thanks, I listed my stuff on Ebay. I tried listing together first, but I will list separately if the items don't sell. Thanks.
