Need help please!

Does anyone know where I can find a photo template for a trifold graduation invitation? One I am looking for is front and back and 3 paneled on one side and 2 on the other or something similar. I am trying to fix a messed up invite for my son's graduation.

I have office 13, adobe photoshop elements 12, hp picture creations

Do you have Office 13, or Office 2013?

Although both offer them in Word and Publisher.
