Need help please, linking Undercover Tourist tickets to my account

Ive been trying to link my tickets to my account so I can make my fast passes. After I put in my ticket numbers there is just the processing circle thingy by my ticket number and never gets any further than that. I left it processing for over 7 hours last night and never got any further. Anyone have any ideas?

Disney's website is sometimes less than awesome. If you can't get it to work online, just call them in the morning and they can add it for you.

Even easier, in the DME app on your smartphone, use the "Link Tickets & Passes" function. Scanning the ticket barcode is much easier than keying in all those numbers.

I called Disney, took her 2 minutes and it was fixed!!! thanks!
