need help on character name

I'm drawing a blank. In epcot by the Seas with Nemo there is a walk around character similar to DeVine but blue with flowers instead of a green vine. Tell me I'm not hallucinating.

I know what you are talking about, we saw this character, too. I should have a picture but it may have been before we got a digital camera.

I remember that this was when the seas was closed for rehab, while they were changing to the Nemo theme. I have not seen this character since then. Possibly we just missed it though.
