need help ~new camera~

I am looking for a new digital camera. I have been looking at

Olympus E-510
Nikon D-60 or D-80
Canon Rebel XTi or XSi

I will be using it for photography of my three active children, nature, vacations, some weddings, and family and friends children and pets. It needs to take good action shots and night shots.

which is the best, for what I want to use the camera for?

best filters and lenses?

If you have any specific questions about the E-510, I might be able to help you. FYI, the 520 is coming out next month, and it's got a few neat improvements over the 510. There is an Olympus thread around here somewhere, probably on page 2. Feel free to stop by and ask questions.
