I recently planned a trip for someone , my first time doing it and they were so grateful!!
Well they are leaving on the 21st of this month and I wanted to make a list of things they have to see when they are there.
2 adults
3 kids
boy 14
boy 12
girl 7
the girl is absolutely terrified of anything in a costume so doing autographs is out of the question!
Any suggestions would be great
TIA

our must-see's, however we are not thrill ride people. I can't remember all the names, so some of htese are descriptions

MK
mickey's philharmagic,
winnie the pooh ride
peter pan
splash mountain (DH not me)
pirates of the carribean
it's a small world
caroseul (sp?) of progress
tomorrowland transit authority

Epcot
mexican river ride
spaceship earth
Nemo ride
the world's showcase

AK
Nemo musical
Lion king show
safari ride

HS
beauty and the beast
toy story ride
indiana jones
Backlot tour
little mermaid
great movie ride
disney preschool show

If they like the more thrilling rides, they'll probably want to hit all of them. My favourite is Expedition Everest - great theming, big thrills too.

Do they like animals? I really enjoy the two trails in AK (to see the gorillas and the tigers); I also enjoy viewing the animals on the savannahs at AKL.

I think the fireworks at MK, Illuminations, and Fantasmic are all well worth seeing.

The boys might like the "design your own roller coaster and ride it" at Innoventions in Epcot (can't remember the name of it...).

Do you know if the girl is okay with people who are dressed up if you can see their faces? Because the Pixie Hollow meet and greet is quite cool for little girls.

If Christmas decorations are up while they are there, it is worth visiting some of the deluxe resorts to see them - don't miss the Gingerbread House in the Grand Floridian!

Thanks

The girl says that she will be ok with the princesses and fairies, its the masks that scare her!
I'm hoping the magic of Disney will take those fears away... I cant imagine being afraid of Mickey!

If possible contact WDW to get park maps mailed to them ahead of time.
Then have the family look them over and each pick 2-3 things they really, really want to do....the concentrate on that. They'll have fun no matter what.....they are at WDW!!!
