Need help from the Experts!

I need to lose about 30 lbs, so I signed up for WW and upped my exercise. The first week I lost 2 lbs :cool1: This week, I didn't lose anything! One of my friends at the gym said that it might be because I'm doing weight training 4-5 days a week. Will I eventually start losing pounds?

Here's my workout schedule-
Monday-walk/run 30 minutes, full circuit on Life fitness weight circuit 20 min
Tuesday-fast swim 30 minutes AM, 20 mins walk/run and leg weights PM
Wednesday-same as Monday
Thursday-fast swim 30 minutes AM, 20 mins walk/run, arms, back and ab weights PM
Friday-fast swim 30 minutes, 20 mins walk/run and full circuit on Life fitness weight circuit 20 min PM

The weekends are a crap shoot. If I'm lucky, I can get in a bike ride, but it depends on how much other stuff I need to get donw.
 
What/how much are you eating? That's just as important as exercise. Make sure you aren't eating more because of the increased activity.

I've stayed within my points allotment both weeks. I have 22 points per day, and the 35 flex points for the week.
 
Keep at your exercise.

Make sure you take those measurements. It just might be that you are reshaping things right now.

Drink lots of water too. Water is our friend!

One of my WW buddies said that I may be exchanging fat for muscle and that's why I'm not losing.
I did find a new cool thing I can share. Dannon Crave Control Yogurt. It's great! I did not get the afternoon munchies after eating that for a morning snack and a good lunch.
 
I found that if I don't use all of my 35 flex points that helps with the loss also. They are there to use - but we don't have to use them.
