need help finding old thread

someone wrote about all the things she/family were able to do or found out about because of this site....then i think someone started a whole thread about what everyone has "learned" from this site...i looked through the search, but it is not coming up...any help...i want to say it was a week or so ago...thanks for any help.. -barr
