Hello!

Well DH and I are trying to plan our 2nd trip to the land. We are on the dining plan and will have 7 sit down meals. Last year we ate at Le Cellier, Spoodles, Donald's B-fast, Crystal Palace (for b-fast), Boma, Kona, the Japanese restaurant.

For this trip we have the following planned:
Chef Mickey's (b-fast)
50's Prime Time
Cape May Cafe (dinner)
Le Cellier (have to eat there every trip)

Ok, so now I need your help. Where is a must that is on the dining plan?

Thanks for your suggestion!

The Hoop Dee Doo Revue!
Narcoossees.

Skip the San Angel Inn...horrible service.

Here are a few we DW and I enjoy.
Crystal Palace for dinner.
Whispering Canyon Cafe.
50's Prime Time.
Boma is a must do on every trip.
California Grill.

My vote is for WCC, Boma, California Grill (2credits) or how about Raglan Road in DTD? We had a great dinenr there!

Crystal Palace is a 1 TS credit under the dining plan. It's a pretty decent deal for dinner since that meal alone will cost as much as your full day of the dining plan.

I like Kona and Cape May for breakfast and Beirgarten for dinner...

The last few trips we have done alot of TS breakfasts and CS for dinner (Epcot only)

I'm with you: Le Cellier is a must. You might consider going to one of the restaurants at the Grand Floridian. It's a beautiful resort and views from the restaurants there are wonderful. I loved Boma and have heard lots of good things about Jiko. I think it's a little nicer and dressier than Boma, but you might give it a shot. The Biergarten in Germany is really fun. It's a buffet and you sit at big picnic type tables with strangers, but it's a fun way to meet new people and the food and beer were both great.

Thanks for confirming this.

And to the OP, we really enjoy the garden grill. It's a must do for us every trip.

Wow, thanks for all of the responses.

We have never seen the Wilderness Lodge so I had thought about WCC; however, we watched the Travel Channel's coverage of it and my husband now says "no" due to the craziness.

I had not thought about the Garden Grill - that is what I love about this board someone will always make a suggestion that would have never crossed your mind.

I also had not thought about the palace for dinner. What do you like to eat there?

Thanks again!

I second (or third) the California Grill. Best meal we've ever had a WDW!

Jiko is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at anywhere not just WDW.My next trip I am staying at AKL for 3 nights and am eaten at Jiko 2 nights. I do need to eat at Boma at least once. I really think that AKL has the best food of any resort. I even loved Mara.:)

my vote would be for the whispering canyon cafe.
it has a great atmosphere.
