Need help choosing a resort!

I am planning on running in the Tower of Terror 10 miler at the end of September and am not sure where to stay! Please give me your recommendations.
- DVC member, so DVC resorts are kind of preferred, but not required as long as the price is right... (Under $200 a night)
- Solo traveller. I've always stayed at deluxe and like the interior corridors for safety, but maybe exterior corridors are just as safe.
- Would love to stay somewhere new! I've stayed at BCV, AKL, BLT, VWL, and the Swolphin.

I'm kind of thinking about BWV, OKL, or maybe POR or POFQ? Any thoughts would be great! Thanks!

I would go with Boardwalk Villas because in my opinion they have the best theme and atmosphere. Plus you are also within walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood Studios or you can take the Boats which go there.

I will second that. Either BWV or BCV. SInce you said you were looking for something new, I'd say BWV. We stayed there is late November and I liked the area and the proxity to DHS and EPCOT.

My first choice would have been BCV, but since you say you want to try something new, BWV!

If you want to try Mod, POR is our fav Moderate. Love the mansions!

You cant go wrong with any of the 3 Epcot resorts (or Swalphin for that matter) .... Just pick the theming that appeal to you the most. As far as distance goes .... BWI is the closest to DHS followed by YC and then BC.
