Need good areas to stop on the drive I65-I24-I75

Driving down from Chicago next week, taking I65 -> I24 -> I75. Just thought I'd see if anyone had recommendations for good, safe areas to stop for meals, etc. We're leaving around 2am. so probably will be thru Indiana before needing to stop, so anyplaces in Kentucky, Tennessee and/or Georgia would be helpful. we are from chicago too, and my inlaws always drive. we usually stop at cracker barrels along the way, there are tons and we have never been to a bad one. Chattanooga is usually a good place to stop, or louisville. In Georgia we have stopped in Dalton a lot also. Pretty much everywhere that we have stopped has been nice, as long as you dont' venture too far off the highway. We've never done that, so I can't say for sure. Have a fun trip, my inlaws will also be driving next week!! We are flying though this time, my DH can't stand the ride
