Does anyone out there have any idea of where I can find information on Honeymoon packages at The Disneyland Resort? We're planning an October honeymoon and are having a difficult finding info on packages, pricing, suites, etc.? Found plenty of wedding ceremony info, though :confused3

Also, if anyone would care to relay their experiences and or suggestions for honeymooning in Disneyland, that'd be great as well!!

When I was trying to find info on honeymoon packages I couldn't really find anything either. I just had my honeymoon back in September. I didn't stay on site however (as we spent an arm and a leg on our wedding haha) but we stayed at Best Western Park Place Inn right across the street on South Harbor Blvd. We were down there (I live in Northern Calif.) for about 5-6 days. And we had just purchased Annual passes (so even though we would have wanted to stay onsite, we probably couldn't get a price we were willing to deal with). Anyway..If you check dreamsunlimited.com they might have some information for you. There is a romance package offered if you book through Disney directly, that you can tack on to your stay at one of their onsite locations. It usually included a selection of activities for you to choose from (massage, meals, etc), and little added extras (chocolates or something of the sort).

My DH and I had a BLAST during our Honeymoon. After all the adult stuff we just went through (ahem..marriage haha) we found it refreshing to be down in DL just being kids. We had an equal amount of time relaxing and getting some R&R done as well as some adventures. The weather was darn hot and humid however (early september= indian summers), but our stay was long enough to get in everything we wanted to see or do without wearing ourselves out.

There are plenty of romantic things to do at DLR. We made sure we had at least 1 or 2 nice dinners (I recommend Napa Rose and Catals over in DTD). Maybe you can also find a tradition that can link your honeymoon to DL. We have started to collect ornaments and artwork. I look at them now and think of the great time we had there for a week!

Don't forget to enjoy eachother's company first and foremost. If you are staying for a decent time then don't worry about getting to everything as you will in time (sometimes other more pressing matters tend to pop up in the day and night...ahem..haha).

Good Luck. and anymore questions that may occur will surely be answered by the informed and generously giving people of this DL board.
