My stepmother, retired a year now at a young 55 from her 2nd grade teaching job, Really wants to get a job at Disney World. What is the best way for her to get her foot in the door????

She can check out DisneyCareers.com and see what's listed. For entry level type positions (merchandise, attractions, quick service, etc) then just walk into the Casting building across from Downtown Disney.

Theres also a phone number that she can call that will tell her the available jobs. If you select one I think you might actually speak to someone too.

I haven't called it in a few years, so I don't remember it offhand, but if you do a little digging I'm sure its around somewhere

Due to amount of vacancies (2,000 and counting), Disney has actually set up satellite recruiting centers. She can go to one of these are Casting.

Hi, She currently lives in Michigan, and is planning to be in orlando for a week in August. She would move if she had a job lined up. I would like to help her with anything that can be done during her visit.
