Need cheap hotel closest to mk

Going for one night for MNSSHP following cruise and need a room
offsite close and convenient to Magic Kingdom.
Is Maingate East or West closer? Or Downtown Disney area?
Any suggestions on area and hotel would be appreciated.

We like Quality Inn Maingate West. I just got it through Hotel Kingdom for $39.23 including tax. It has a free continental breakfast. There is a $1.96 per day resort fee. Also travelzoo did have Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista for $29.99 per night. Hope this helps.

Staying there in a week for my 4th stay for the night I land at MCO. Although old and sort-of worn, it's always been clean and I like having a fridge. Also close to DTD and the back way over to MK (by Ft. Wilderness).
