My wife and I fell in love with the Tequila Daisy at the Carthay Circle. We have assembled all of the ingredients, including the elusive Creme Yvette, to try and recreate it at home. However, I can't find a way to contact one of the bartenders to get the proper proportions of the ingredients. If anyone is going to be at the Carthay and could get the information for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I can't find any way to contact the restaurant directly.
