Need camcorder & camera combo

Hi there - my camera and camcorder both recently stopped working and I would like to get a new camcorder that takes good quality pictures, instead of buying a separate camera. My old camcorder (Sony DCR DVD-108) took pics but the quality was terrible. My camera was a Sony CybershotDSC-W55 that I was happy with. Is there anything out there for me? Willing to spend up to $400.

I'd suggest getting a camera that also takes video. Popular Photography had great things to say in a review this week with a new Sony camera that takes HDR photos, HD video, and was highly recommended.
