Need an opinion from a new teacher & a principal

I am taking a classroom mgmt course to get my teaching cert & have an interview assignment. I need to interview a new teacher (within 3 years), experienced teacher and a principal that work in a diverse population. It's 5 questions about class mgmt techniques & I can email them to you to answer in your leisure.

If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it! I can ask local contacts but wanted to get some different opinions since everyone in the class is doing the same assignment. Thanks for considering!

I teach in a highly diverse school. We are about 50% Asian, 45% Caucasian, and 5% Black or Hispanic. I teach kids from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, China, Hong Kong, England, etc. It really is a United Nations environment in our school. Very cool. Lots of our kids are English Language Learners. Our kids have a pretty high SES and I don't have a whole lot of behavior issues. I teach middle schoolers, most of who are highly gifted and talented. I'd be happy to answer any questions. I am now in my 4th year of teaching. Just PM me.

You may want to ask someone who works with more challenging students. Quite honestly, my kids are a cake walk. I LOVE my job!
