Need Advices to Sea World and DC

We are planning to go to SW and DC in Spring Break, and maybe other parks as well. We plan to stay in Orlando for 7 days. What's the best package to purchase? Should we rent a car?

If you are wanting to go to other parks a rental car would be a good idea. That way you can get around with out paying for transportation.

Our DC tickets were bought with Amex discount. It also came with 14 days unlimited entry to Seaworld and Aquatica
