Returned to UK on 5th August after the best holiday EVER 
However (yes - there had to be a however) we checked 9 pieces of luggage into bell services on check out day, only to receive 8 pieces back! And we didn't notice until we arrived at check-in at the airport. Too late to do anything about it.
Anyhow, I rang CBR last week who said they had located my suitcase. A gentleman took my telephone number and said his boss would call me back.
I'm suprised to say that I haven't received a call. So my question is - what do I do next? Has anyone else had a similar experience, and if so how was it handled?
