Need advice please- which parks/which days May 13-16?

I'll be heading down to WDW in just a few days with my sister, my niece (age 6) and nephew (age 4) and was hoping for some advice on which parks to visit each day with the lowest crowds.

I don't think we'll be doing much park hopping since we don't want to wear the kids out, so we'll probably stick to one park each day. We'll have 4 full days (Saturday-Tuesday). I've been browsing lots of threads and websites looking for feedback but I'm finding some conflicting info. One site recommended going to the MK on Saturday- which just didn't sound right to me.

Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

According to the Unofficial Guide, the list of best parks is as follows:
Saturday: MGM
Sunday: MK
Monday: MGM/AK
Tuesday: AK

Parks to avoid...
Saturday: EP
Sunday: EP/MGM/AK
Monday: MK
Tuesday: MK/EP

What we are doing starting on May 14...
Sunday: MK
Monday: Epcot
Tuesday: AK
Wednesday: BB water park, MGM evening
Thursday morning: MK
Then on to DCL for three days!!!

We're heading down next week, and, truthfully, we're not planning around crowds being a certain high or low-level based on the day of the week.

I believe that some books'/touring plan's theories are that people tend to hit MK early in their trip -- so don't go to it on Monday or Tuesday but do go to MK mid-week (people supposedly have gotten their fill by then) or on Sunday when people flying home.

Please go when it seems best for you! If your famiy is excited about MK, like ours, it's the 1st park we go to -- regardless of the day of the week. We're also going to try to see a concert during Epcot Flower Power, so that will help us pick a day/evening.

I've never been so excited and stressed out at the same time. I planned the trip so I'm feeling "responsible" for making sure things go smoothly.

I know- I just need to just relax. I'm sure once we arrive my worries will melt away.
