Need advice on POFQ

I usually stay at POP but wanted to try something different . . . that being POFQ. If I want a nice view AND close to the food court/bus stop, what area do I want?

We always stay in building 4 when we're at POFQ. It's a close walk to the bus stop, close walk to the main building and food court and offers some nice views. The resort is set up with AMAZING scenic views. And it's very quiet. I don't think you can go wrong with location as far as views go. If you want to be close to the main building, then buildings 3 & 4 are your best options. Buildings 2 and 5 are closest to the pool and somewhat close to the main building. I stayed in building 4 and loved it! I definitely plan on requesting building 4 next time I stay at POFQ! We were very close to both the food court and the bus stop.

I imagine you'd pretty much get similar views throughout the resort...

POFQ is so small compared to other resorts and you really won't have more than a 5 minute walk, no matter where your room is. I agree, the views are all amazing, no matter where you are. Whether water view or a view of the grounds, the setting is beautiful.

Stayed there two years ago. Very small report. Did not like the food but really liked how easy it was to grab a boat to DTD we went at least 4 times in a week and .we ate there much more than the resort. I have no hesitation in telling people it is good for the price. Enjoy your holiday.

Stayed at POFQ in Sept. 2010, loved it! It's a very small resort, short walk to everything. Never waited too long for bus, one bus stop. Boat to Downtown Disney was so enjoyable. Only negative, limited (but decent) food selection, but you can walk or take boat to Riverside for more choices (beware, Riverside is much larger and busier that FQ) or boat to Downtown Disney. Enjoy the beignets, AMAZING!!!

We were in 2 when we went last September. Our view was off the fountain and it was pretty. I never felt too far from anything.
I think with such a small resort, none of the building will really be too far from anything... so view might be the only thing to think about.

We just returned from an 8 night stay at POFQ. We were in Building 4 and loved it! Four will always be my request now!

I have stayed there twice (in Bldgs. 4 and 6) and was only a 5 minute walk at most from food and the bus stop. POFQ is my favorite moderate for convenience, atmosphere and having water access to DTD. And I loved the beignets and food selections. Any building is fine and I would NOT pay extra for water view!
