Need advice on an eBay purchase

Hi guys -

I recently got into pin trading and absolutely love the MK train but haven't been able to find a pin.

I found this one on eBay which features Walt and the MK train, perfect for me

I havent purchased a pin off eBay ever so I was hoping you all could take a look at the auction and seller to let me know if its legit. What should I be looking for and are there any questions I can ask the seller?
