I know there are lots of posts but it this is more specific...
My DH and I are celebrating birthdays and anniversary when we go. No kids, just a moderate resort stay, and we are not generally picky when we go, especially in April, when it comes to food-we usually just eat CS or try to get a res if something strikes our fancy.
However, I have made a res for Vic and Al's in the Victoria Room, as Chef's Table was full. Here is the question(s):
Should we really pay the extra money for the Victoria Room (same price as Chef's Table without the view) or just take a seating in the standard area? We love food but quite honestly, if it isn't the same atmosphere, I am concerned I can use that money somewhere else, considering it is my birthday the next day.
Money is not the problem-it's what I am getting for the money!
