We (me, hubby and 5 year old son)are going to wdw in Sept (15th - 22nd) and I have some topics that I would like to get advice on.
1. Best character lunch for Mickey & how far in advance to I need to call.
2. Do they do the fireworks displays (and parades)all week long in Sept or just weekends?
3. What hotels are actually on site at MCO? We are taking a red-eye in on Friday night.

That's it for now, but I'm sure I will have more questions as we get nearer. P.S. It's my first trip to WDW!!!

Try this website for some info: disney.go.com
They have information on park hours, special events, and Disney resorts.

Welcome to DIS! It's pretty exciting planning your first trip :).

I can answer some of these questions ...

(1) You can see Mickey at Chef Mickey's (Contemporary Resort) or at the Garden Grill (The Land in Epcot) for lunch. I believe both of these has a 120 day priority seating window.

(2) You can find an official schedule at www.disney.com. You can get "projected hours" right here at DIS: Park Hours. Just type in the dates of your stay.

(3) The only hotel onsite at MCO is the Hyatt. It's very nice, but very expensive.
