I've tried every over-the-counter cleaning solution in the laundry aisle. The pajama pants are pink cotton, Christmas gift, worn once by DD into the backyard and now have dark mud all over the bottoms of each leg. Any advice?

Lestoil? Not sure it can be found everywhere but I have used it for grass and mud in my son's clothes (soccer). I pour it on, scrub in with an old toothbrush and wash as usual. Always check before drying if it needs to be done again, most time it is out the first time. Here in TX I had to find Lestoil, made by Clorox company at a speciality hardware store in the cleaning aisle. The 800 number is 537 8645. Maybe they can tell you where to find it if you can not locate it. Hope you find a solution........:D

I agree with lestoil. I've been using lestoil for about 6months now for laundry problems. It's also great for freshening up work clothes, I work in a smelly auto factory. I just pour a small amount in the washer and it takes care of the awful work smell on my clothes.
