OK guys. I'm only 21 so I don't have much experience with credit cards so I need some advice.

Right now I have an amazon.com card that I pay off every month just to get the rewards. Me and DH are wanting to buy APs next year so I was thinking if I could get the Disney Visa it would help offset some of these costs. Are the points you earn eligible for APs?

Also, I saw recently where someone said they got $100 just for signing up. Obviously, this has passed, but do they offer sign-up incentives often? Should I try to wait for another one to come around? We want to buy our APs in January.

Tell me what yall think.
Thanks!!

Yes, the points you earn are good towards your AP & yes, they do offer incentives to sign up. When my DD signed up (she was 18) she ended up with 26 points (odd amount) and a beach bag. She did only get a $500 credit line to start with. She had it for a little over 2 months when they increased the credit limit to $750. At about the one year mark of having it they increased it to $1500 She will be 21 in 2 weeks. She paid her balance off in full every month, but stopped using it about a year now... she preferes to use her debit card since she isn't into getting Disney points anymore. I told her she could always give them to me as a gift...:lmao:
