Here is the situation....We won a trip to WDW back in April, took it at the end of May. We received a list of the components of our prize which included a few things that we would receive mailed to our home after our trip was completed. We never received these things, and I have emailed the lady from the contest winners dept at WDW with no reponse either times. I have heard from others that the same thing happened to them, not getting the rest of their prize package. I would like to complain, but I don't know where to send my complaint letter. I tried planetfeedback, but they don't have WDW listed in there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
