Need a suggestion

My family and I are going down to wdw in October. It's my wife's and my 10th anniversary and we wanted to get a special meal one night during our trip. Of the available restaurants, we like Il Mulino, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Le Celier, Jiko, or Artists Point. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have never eaten at Yachtsman, so I can't comment, but in order of preference, I would say:

Artist Point (great food, great service, beautiful resort)
Jiko (again, great, interesting food, fair service, beautiful and unique resort)
Il Mulino (best Italian on property, great service, Swan has a "convention" feel. WL and AKL definitely have the better atmosphere)
Le Cellier (we've always loved the food and the service is good, but I always feel so cramped in there! The other Artist Point and Jiko feel a little more "special" to me)
