need a resort dinner suggestion please..

and i need a suggestion for our animal kingdom day, we are having breakfast in the park and we will catch a resort bus to somewhere else for dinner
where shall we go ???? (we are 2 adults and two children and are on the dining plan i only have 1 credit left tho !!)

I'd do 1900 Park Faire at the grand floridian. It's the one character meal where we'd go even if there weren't characters because the food is so good. Right now it's Cinderella, her prince (ask him why it's called Cinderella's castle if he's the prince-it drives him nuts) and the very cute mice.

Why not switch Boma to your AK day since your will already be near there. Whispering Canyons looks like alot of fun and food! We are going to try it this summer. Or how about something on the boardwalk area.

this will be our 2nd day at the animal kingdom ( we aare onsite for 14 nights )i have already sheduled boma for the 1st week and dont want to eat at the same place twice. ive got chef mickeys down for later in the week as well !
i might give whispering canyon a try tho

Very much depends on the food you like and if you wanted character interaction or a nice place to eat or a buffet.

Character meal I like 1900 park fare. For food one of the best buffet services

Buffet: Cape May Cafe @ Beach Club. Good food and a gentle stroll round the lake afterwards to BW is a nice way to walk off the meal

Nice places to eat ( that are less well known and less well used) Kona Cafe, Grand Floridian Cafe, Concourse steak house, Maya Grill.

If you wanted to check out different hotels Boatwright's dining hall in PO is pretty good and you could take the water taxi back to DDT to get a bus back to your hotel. Same story for Olivia's at OKW , foods pretty good and water taxi to DDT is something different to do.
