Need a rental car in December? READ THIS!

I've been keeping an eye on rental car rates for when we will be at WDW in Mid December and they have been outrageous! I just checked today and both Dollar and Thrifty (both are located in the terminal, no shuttle needed to get to them) have a HUGE special on Midsize SUV's. The 1 week total (after taxes) was $205!!! Needless to say I booked it quickly. Funny enough compacts are more expensive. Also I couldn't get any discount codes to work with this rate... Please let me know if you find one!

This same car even yesterday was $500.

Hurry up and book it!

Fyi.... I booked this deal this morning and checked it again tonight and it is already gone. The same SUV I booked for $205 total at 9:00am is now $600! Hopefully a bunch of you got the same deal I did!

Congratulations, We decided on driving in November because the cost to rent a mini van for 14 days was nearly $1000.

Last time I was in Orlando, Thrifty was alongside Hertz - well away from the Terminal.

Dollar is a quick walk across the asphault at the airport.

FYI: Thrifty has now moved to in terminal. No longer requires a shuttle.
