need a new point and shoot camera

We have a Nikon D90, and a Fuji waterproof one for the beach, but our carry around every day in my purse camera has broken, and we are going to DL at the end of Sept. so I need one soon.

I've been looking at Costco to get one. What do you all think of the Cannon SX260 ($300) or the Panasonic ZS19 ($230)? Which would you get, or do you have any other recommendations?

I have a DD5 so I take tons of pictures, in all different lights and it needs to be alittle fast on the shutter speed so I don't miss too much.

I really wanted to get a Sony as I have had great experience with them in the past, but can't find one I want.
