Need a good place to buy a high-quality scrapbook online

I am looking to buy a scrapbook (a rather nice one, for a gift) with the 12 x 12 pages and inserts. And recommendations? It would be ideal if it came in a box that could be wrapped.

If you have a CMC near you you could order one of the coversets (they have two with windows which i used for my two DS's first books ) and she can order a gift box for you as well - they're not in the catalogue but available to CMCs as a business enhancer - they're only £2 here so probably $2 to you squire
