Need a DISigner...HELP

I am looking for someone who can make me this t-shirt design for me...

I have tried to upload it onto zazzle.com, but it keeps telling me when I enlarge the picture may distort. How do I solve this problem? Any suggestions, advice or help?

you should be able to clean up those files then add them to a site like zazzle.com or cafepress.com - should be fairly simple.

I don't know how to make it not distort but I made one with higher resolution pics.
