Need a cheap but decent digital camera, any suggestions?

We can't find the battery charger for our Lumix camera and it's too late to order one before a trip we are taking this week so I am thinking a new camera is a good idea . I never liked the Lumix anyway. Does anyone have a suggestion for a camera under $200? TIA for any input ! I would like one that takes decent action shots, but it's not critical.

I would suggest a Sony Cybershot....they are pretty cheap and take pretty good pics.

If you don't have time to order, you may not get the best camera deal either.

I have liked the Canon point and shoot cameras and the sony P&S cameras.

Do you have any local camera stores? They usually stock chargers and batteries.

You could also order Amazon Prime 2 day shipping and get it delivered to your destination, either the charger replacement or the new camera.

This is $139 dollars and uses a nice sensor. This or a canon. For a bit extra you can get the mini SONY TX-30 waterproof camera. $240 on amazon. Takes the really small SD cards.
