need 264 points to rent in Oct 05

We would like to stay at BWV in a standard one bedroom from Oct 16 to Oct 28. We need 264 points, does anyone have this many points to rent to us?

If for some reason, the first two don't work, I have 600 BMV points to rent, September use year, can also borrow 2005 if needed!

However, I have never rented, so I have no DIS references, but would be willing to do whatever you need to feel comfortable (like an escrow service)
