Next year we're having a family gathering involving 24 people...a GV, a 2-bedroom, and 2 studios. In the 2-bedroom there will be 14 month old twins, so they will need 2 pack n' plays. My question is would it be better to just take a pack 'n play from one of the other rooms, or call housekeeping to have another brought up.

My concern is that if we bring one from another room, then we need to worry about returning it to the original room so it doesn't appear as a missing item.

Your thoughts woud be appreciated.

A 2BR lockoff would have 2 pack-n-plays (for the 1BR and studio) but that would mean a queen and pullout in the 2nd bedroom unless it is OKW.

I would just ask for one. Disney will deliver a pack-n-play to a value hotel.

We stayed in a dedicated BLT 2bdrm with twins ... when we checked in the CM said ... "oh, two 1 year olds ... you'll be needing an extra pack n play and an extra high chair I assume". I nodded and she called housekeeping or maintenance or whoever ... by the time we walked to our room, the items were already there.

We were cash guests at the time, but I think it would work the same way on DVC points ... if the CM at check-in doesn't pick up on it, just ask. Better yet, have MS note it on the reservation.

Thanks, I'm sure this will make my DD rest easier...plus I hadn't thought of the need for the second high chair, but that will defintely be needed.

Thank you for your responses, the planning for this is slightly overwhelming.
