Good Morning,
Trip coming up quick Easter Week, Will be driving from Jersey coming in real late don't want to waste Disney Resort type $$ to sleep for 6 hours and leave. Need a clean moderate price outside hotel just to lay down and get up and leave. CLEAN is the key word. Doesn't have to be that close, don't need breakfast, don't need extras shuttle nice pool etc. Just want to sleep and not be bitten by bugs at night. Anyone have any good recommendations. Would like to be able to all stay together have 5 adults 2 kids. Thanks

Seven in one room? That's tight, and I'm not sure even the suite-type hotels could accommodate that. If it were me, I'd stay well outside of the theme park/tourist areas for the best prices. We've always been happy with Home2Suites by Hilton, but I'm not sure of locations and cost. I know their suites with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed sleep 6, there is a kitchenette (full fridge, microwave, coffee maker) and breakfast is included.

There were times when we drove straight through (not planned) and would book a room last minute while in the car (Pop, POR onsite) and Holiday Inn Express (we also stayed at the Holiday Inn/more $$ than the express, Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn off-site. Doubt you will get 7 in one room though. The last one we stayed in was the Hampton Inn in Lake Buena Vista.

Like LEEBEE (had to do caps since it keeps changing the spelling on me) suggested, perhaps stay a little further away and book two rooms if possible or a suite. Read reviews.

I am sure someone will add to this.

I had to read the title multiple times. I kept thinking it said you want your family clean before checking into a Disney hotel. 😆

Even the nicest of hotels can have bugs, including Disney.

Just for sleeping, even a room with two doubles and a sleeper sofa can be awful for 5 adults and two kids. The up and down to go to the bathroom for all those people for just a few hours may result in no sleep.

Also consider after brining in your luggage and getting settled you are likely two hours to bed after arriving. So even less sleep. Could you change your schedule so you arrive in the AM and go right to a park with everyone taking turns sleeping on the drive?

Have mercy on your crew after that serious amount of together time having already happened in the car and go 2 rooms or at least a 2 bedroom Suite. Can’t imagine a worse start to vacay than that car ride topped off with no one sleeping. (7 people, 1 bathroom? By the time everyone is ready for bed older folks will be starting on their return trips 🤣)

So far I found Staybridge Parc Royale two bedroom suite 4 doubles.. We won't be bringing in actual luggage, just a small bag with next day clothes and toiletries, were just staying one night. Now going to see if anyone has had experience with that Hotel. Thanks for everyones replies

I have stayed at a Staybridge. It was fine. I would not leave luggage in the vehicle. Theft is high at many hotels. Not a good way to start a trip having your stuff ransacked for valuables or stolen.
100% agree with this. I stay off property often, and won't stay in that area.

Look at the Sonesta ES Lake Buena Vista. They have 2 bedroom units that sleep 8. We've stayed there. It is right outside Disney Springs.

Please bring your bags in, there are lots of car break ins in hotel parking lots. That is not how you want to start your vacation. It just happened to a coworker in Orlando for business.

I never gave it much thought about leaving luggage in the car and we have been very lucky. But you are right, like any touristy area, people tend to leave their luggage in the car. We did it so many times along I95. We would just take out our carry-on/overnight bag.

Many people do stay for long periods outside of Disney but the "thieves" could be watching these parking lots.

Most of the time two rooms will be less expensive than a 2 bedroom unit. Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South, Flamingo Crossings Marriot or Hilton properties would be some that I would check. If you are just looking for clean try Priceline or Hotwire and select 4 and 5 star properties with the express or hidden hotel deals and pick bonnet creek or lake buena vista or disney spring areas for a good deal for the one night. Using these services you would need to get at least two rooms.

In case you want another choice, there's Radisson Lake Buena Vista. Their suites have 2 separate bedrooms with one bedroom having a king and the other bedroom has 2 queens. Also, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The living room separates the two bedrooms. There is a kitchen, too. You get an included breakfast which is very good.

We stayed there one night back in 2021 basically for the same reason you are. It was clean and did have a pretty good breakfast. We didn't leave luggage in the car, too risky for us.
