Went online last night and switched my MYW package to the Sun and Fun package with same dates, resort (AoA) and tickets. Processed through checkout and everything looked good ... and knocked $300 off our March/April trip.
Then this morning received about 15 emails from disney telling me that my fast passes would soon be lost unless I linked some tickets to my account.
30 minutes on the phone this afternoon with Disney cleared up the issue. Apparently, after the conversion to the new package rate, the system did not automatically attach my tickets to my account. They had to escalate the issue up two levels to finally find somebody who could get the tickets reattached.
All appears normal now, but just something to look out for when you apply discounts, I guess. The only thing I had to redo was our magic band preferences which were lost as they unlinked-and linked our reservation.
