Near-port cafés with GOOD COFFEE (and maybe wi-fi) at W. Caribbean stops?

I've been on Fantasy once last year. While most everything on that trip could be described as fantastic, the coffee experience was one I'd rather forget. I did remember GREAT, REAL coffee when we got off to the French side of St Martin, but that's not on the itinerary for our upcoming cruise.

We'll be stopping at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth this time - if some of you have encountered great coffee joints at these ports please share!

I'm not sure if it is "great" but there is a Starbucks right across the street from the port in Cozumel. The Wi-Fi was free with a password provided on the receipt.
