Navigators Verandah vs. Reg Verandah

What is the difference (besides $) between a Navigators Verandah and a Regular Verandah?

If you check out Barb's site (castawayclub.com) she has pictures of both. Basically navigators are partially enclosed while regulars are not. Ann

Also, Navigator Verandah rooms sleep only 3 while regular verandah rooms can sleep up to 4 (some sleep 3 and some sleep 4).

From a purely aesthetical point of view, DW and I actually like the navigator verandas better! They give a more cozy feel than the regular open verandas. And they have better themeing than the regular ones, with the nautical map of the Carribean on the one wall and the oldtime navigation insruments affixed around the area. The rest of the cabin is more or less the same in space and layout.
