Navi River Journey question

Hi all,
I know there's a whole thread devoted to Pandora and when I have time I'll go through it. My sister and I will be in The World for F & W in the last week of October. Obviously we will visit Pandora while we are in AK. We are both in our 60's (junior seniors we like to say ). Is Navi River Journey a wild ride similar to Kali River Rapids? I'd like to experience it but if we're going to get soaked and shot with water cannons, that's no longer fun for us.

Anyone who's experienced the ride care to weigh in?

No water effects on NRJ. It's a very pretty, peaceful attraction.
