For several years now, I've had age spots that rival the amount of freckles a person may have. I don't know if this is a remedy, but I started taking a calcium + magnesium + Vit D supplement. I should have been taking one any way, as I haven't been getting enough of any of those. But I started on the magnesium for my exhaustion. Dr. Oz, on his TV show, recommended taking 300 mg.
Within 2 days, I swear my skin was starting to look firmer. Like
my skin had been exhausted & saggy too.

Then I noticed the texture was getting smoother. In about 7 days, I noticed the age spots were nearly gone!

I really think it is the magnesium.
Nothing else I tried on my age spots ever really worked before.
ETA: I just Googled magnesium & age spots. It says rubbing magnesium
oil on age spots fades them. So, I'm actually eating it as a supplement and it is working.
