National's codes extended thru July 14

I have gotten so much help from people on these Boards that I just wanted to pass this info on.
I just checked National's website and found out they have extended their codes thru July 14.
I was able to apply the WWEB code and save around $45.

was it the WWEB code or was there a change in your base rate....

It was the WWEB code that brought the base rate down to $175/intermediate or $185/full size.
I tried w/o WWEB and my base rate was well over $200.
So, the WWEB code itself is what lowers the base rate, any other coupons or contract id's you have then further lower the base rate.

that code definately is getting good "reductions" from the base rate without it....

many times the product rate code does not make any difference in the cost/base, but this time it certainly did

We are arriving on July 14 and that is the last date that the code is currently good for.

I found it under Specials on National's website. The last time I checked WWEB was only good for travel beginning no later than July 30, but they must have just recently extended it for rentals starting no later than July 14.
I just got in under the current deadline.

funny thing when i use this code WWEB for our november ressie, it must be something different as the page shows a "frequent flyer surcharge" of 4$ on the ressie

will check with this product code in the future too

Yes the WWEB code does bring the base down to $175 for us too. However, the priceless code does not work fully with it. It actually gives us the same percent off as walmart code and others. It also does not take the concession fees off either. I am surprised that the base never dropped this time around. With the WWEB code, contract discount, coupon discount I get $284 total. With the carlson code and coupon discount I get $274 total. This is for 10 day, EA (July 14-23). Just remember that when using the WWEB code it does get "stuck" in your computer, so to try a different code you need to dump your temp files first to get a good quote. I may end up using my 2 free days I have saved on my emerald club account to bring my price down, but can't use the coupon then.
