National Rate dropped for Nov/Dec - Hurry!!!

I got a good rate for the end of August, plus I used the coupon that Disney sent out when they were trying to get me to join the Disney Club. It was book of coupons called The Disney Sampler. I used to be a MKC member from my work and they wanted to get me sign up. Anyway with this coupon it gave me an additional 20% off!
