I'm just wondering what service you may think is a better choice. I have a budget reservation $228.62 for a full size under the fast break. National just gave me a quote for 200.00 with an intermediate Emerald Isle. I know it seems like a no brainer to take the less expensive, but what about the difference in car class and ease of renting. It's just me and my 2 young boys renting at Orlando Int'l and I want the easiest way to be on my way to the house we have rented. Thanks again, for all the tips on getting these rental rates!

When are you going and for how long? I was able to get a rate at alamo for 133.60 (1 week). I used two codes one from this site and one from cosco. Feel free to pm if you want. :flower:

I booked an intermediate thru National. 8 days, for $139.00. THere is a thread on this board currently running. Used the priceless code, and the entertainment book coupon, for $20.00 off the weekly rental.

Wow, it sounds like you both have great rates. I have booked from mco 4/28 - 05/07. I guess 10 days. for the national quote I did use the priceless code and Entertainment code.
I guess I will check Alamo too. Although, aren't they merging with each other?.

According toMouse Savers National is the only car rental agency that you can stack codes. My question is how do you stack the codes? I see no way to do that on National's web site.

There is a place for the coupon code, and contact code.
Example: Priceless contract code is 6600330 and the Entertainment coupon code is 10009123

Using the codes above, and logging into the emerald club, is how I rec'd, the rate of $139/8 days.

Hope that helps.

To answer the OPs question, since Emerald Aisle is cheaper, I'd definitely go with it as you can bypass the counter and just head to the EA and pick a car. :cool1:

You cannot do that with Budget.

I agree with National. Be sure to join the Emerald Club. You can rent an intermediate size car off the Emerald Aisle...you will be able to go directly to the row of cars, pick whichever one you want and drive away! I used to always use Dollar, but the past few years, we ALWAYS use National because it is hassle and wait free!

Don't forget to sign up for Emerald Club membership for free with the link on mousesavers.com! When you sign in to the Emerald Club page on the National website, put in the Coupon ID 10009123 (entertainment book coupon that you can get out of the entertainment book or print off rentalcodes.com) and Contract ID 6600330 (Priceless Vacations). Delete the Contract ID that's already there for the Emerald Club and put in the Priceless code; it will give you a better price.

Wow, thanks auroaluvsPhillip, I didn't realize I could take out the Emerald Isle code and replace it with the priceless. I tried this and my reservation went down form $199.93 too 178.21!! I do have a question though, I checked my 2 reseverations apples to apples and my old one has under taxes a Concession fee Recov Chrg 9.8pct $ 14.93 ( I don't know what that means) but my new one with the lower rate does not have that fee. My question I guess is can they charge me a different amount when I get there, or are they bound to the amount quoted?

We used a Priceless code and an Entertainment coupon for our National rental earlier this month - everything went fine, just make sure you have the confirmation page printed out. IF any rental car company *tried* to charge me more, when I had the confirmation page with me and any needed documentation(driver's license, physical coupons[either printed out from on-line sources or cut out from a membership book], Membership card[Entertainment Club, etc])...IF any company TRIED to do this?!?...I would actually walk away from the car & get another car from some other company.
Have never had any problems with National/Emerald Aisle...just make sure that you have needed coupons/membership cards. In the past, I have sometimes been asked for actual coupons & club cards. National/Emerald Aisle is nice for the vacation time savings, too...no frustrating line at the counter, easy to return, if you have a problem during your vacation (like we did) - easy to return at MK Car Care Center and get a replacement.

Have a great WDW time,
agnes!
