National not onsite at Tampa airport - should I go with Alamo????

I am holding 2 van reservations - 1 at Alamo & 1 at National. National is $20 more, but I just found out that they are NOT at the airport any longer. I was wondering if I should just go with Alamo since I guess it's offsite next to Nat'l (from what I read on the boards).

But I've never rented from Alamo. Any comments of what type of agency Alamo is?

I have used Alamo in Tampa before and have not had a problem with the 3 cars I have rented from them. I will, in all honesty, say the only rude counter person I ever encountered at Alamo was at Tampa, however, that was once and it was taken care of before I left FL. The other two times, no problem at all. We used Quick silver and out of there within 5 mins. We even had a counter agent take pity on us when they saw my daughter's luggage, they gave us an upgrade to an Impala at no cost.
