I am touched that you went to look!
Blue, if you go back to post #403 you can see the link now. I don't know how it turned into a post back to here. Weird. They are the Saucony's ProGrid Echelon's, pink, silver and black...I think. I've looked at so many shoes I may be telling you wrong.

Something is weird !! Jordan is right it's slow !! On the thread his last pot was 12"03a buton my sub list it says 1:03a ???? Lets see what time this says???

Jordan is gonna love this !!!CROCS !!! That is what I find the most comfy in the parks!!!Other than in the snowyweather they are my footwear of hoice ,much to the familis dismay!!:rotfl2:I do think I may need another new pair before Disney though !!

:

I have a pair of new "winter" crocs that come up higher on the heel and have no holes in the front with a faux suede top. I LOVE THEM!! Now I can wear my beloved crocs year round!! :thumbsup2

You can try.

:rotfl2: What a sight that would be. Maybe I'll wear shorts and big sweat socks too. Super attractive. :rotfl:

Of course I went to look! We're talking about SHOES here!!! :lmao: j/k...I would have looked anyway. :goodvibes

I really like those!! My Nikes are similar to those but have light blue where yours have pink.

Can anyone tell that there's a problem with the boards not allowing things to go through properly. :rotfl:
Sorry folks. Every time I tried to put a post through it would tell me it can't go through.....I guess that wasn't the case, was it?

I've had the same problem!

Weird huh? I've never had the site tell me it won't go through and then it actually goes through so many times. Oh well, at least on the bright side my post counts are going up. :goodvibes

mine is just running really slow.

:lmao::lmao: Same thin happened to me on my thread and thought it was me :eek:only I have about 4 replies to one post !!!!

Sorry Jordy.

Something WAS/IS up with the boards today. I was here earlier today and tried to post a couple of times but it was SOOOO SLOOWWW that it just kept timing out. :confused3 Mine is still a little slow but not like it was.

nice sneakers

I agree!! :thumbsup2

I have a pair of new "winter" crocs that come up higher on the heel and have no holes in the front with a faux suede top. I LOVE THEM!! Now I can wear my beloved crocs year round!! :thumbsup2

Oh cool! Not sure if I can make Crocs look "stylish" in jeans. :confused3 Of course it's not like they are really stylish anyway. :rotfl2: In the summer I just don't care. It's too darn hot!

I'm glad I'm not the only one obsessed with finding the perfect shoe. I was getting worried about myself.

nice sneakers
If your talking about the one's I posted the link for...Thanks! :) I actually got them today and I think they will turn out to be a great shoe. If they don't turn out to be a comfy enough shoe for the parks, I'll still wear them for home. I'll just have to keep looking. Jordy, I think we're in the same department with a few other people looking for shoes. At least you found your nice looking one's!!! I need to now find a sandal of sorts. I'm now looking at Chaco's, pricey but suppose to be the best of the best for sandal comfort and durability. When you have minor-issues with your body the more pricey shoes seem to get. It's not fun getting older! :sad2:

I'm glad I'm not the only one obsessed with finding the perfect shoe. I was getting worried about myself.

 Naaaa, not here Melissa. Since were on a girls thread, it's even more fun to talk about shoe obsessions!!! :woohoo:  Although Jordy is a great sport about it on his. :thumbsup2
Melissa, so what have you come up with so far? popcorn::

:lmao::lmao: Same thin happened to me on my thread and thought it was me :eek:only I have about 4 replies to one post !!!!
I actually had four posts too! This so strange, the site shut down a couple of days ago for a few hours and since then it's been a pain to use. Hmmmm. Things that make you go...hmmmmm.
:rotfl2: What a sight that would be. Maybe I'll wear shorts and big sweat socks too. Super attractive. :rotfl:

Mmmmm, seriously attractive. In all likely hood you won't run into anyone you know, so why not? Oops, I guess that won't work for you will it? There is one advantage to going to the parks when no one else you know will be there, you don't have to dress to impress. Although with this group...you don't really have to either, this is a pretty great group and it seems everyone is accepted for who they are. :grouphug:

Ooooo, your shoes sound cute too! I think I'm really going to like mine. The pink in mine is more of a dark hot pink color, :cloud9:, in the picture it doesn't show the arch side of the shoe, it has a lot more pink there. The last pair that my hubby talked me into were not the most girlie, (he was more concerned about the structure of the shoe at the time, I had a lot of back issues then) so this pair had to be a bit more in the girlie department. :lovestruc It's my favorite color so I'm really happy!! Be sure to post a pic here of yours if you get a chance. :)

I know, things have run a lot slower than normal, but at least everything is going through now, I'm sure they will get it worked out. This site is usually pretty good about getting the kinks worked out.

Umm, I live in the middle of nowhere, so I actually wear mine to work with my "casual dressy" slacks just about every day. :confused3

I'm sure if I lived anywhere near civilization I might pay more attentiont to being stylish, but I go for comfort. :rolleyes1

(Just to clarify, the nearest Wal-Mart is 50 miles away, the only "real" restaurant in town is a Pizza Hut and there is not a single traffic light in town. I could drive to work in a tractor and nobody would bat an eye).

Evening Blue !!!

Nite Rosie!

I'm glad I'm not the only one obsessed with finding the perfect shoe. I was getting worried about myself.

:rotfl2: Not too worry! I'm a shoe-a-holic. :thumbsup2

I've noticed that too! Maybe they should have just left it alone!

True. :goodvibes

:rotfl2: I live in a small town too but I've watched it grow my whole life. It is not nearly what it used to be. However, I do have relatives who live on the outskirts of town in places like that. I'd go stir crazy. My town is small enough.

Morning Blue !!

Morning Rosie! :flower3:

Well, I said I was going to do an update last night but it was not meant to be. So, since I'm home and DS is at school and my laundry is done, I'm going to update while I have the chance. :thumbsup2

A little about my days......When I drop DS off at school in the morning, the only store(s) that open at 8am are Target and Walmart. I hate Walmart. So, a lot of mornings I'm waiting in the Target lot for about 5 minutes until they open the doors. In my defense, I am not the only one!! You can tell who the stay at home moms are because they are all there waiting too. :lmao: Anyhoo, when I walk in there is always the $1 section to greet me. This is where my trouble starts. I am HIGHLY addicted to Target. I really need to just stay out of that place.

So, yesterday I was getting back in my usual Target routine and did some shopping and then found myself at the Travel sized aisle!! I can't take it anymore!! I want.....I NEED to dig and venture and admire the tiny goodness that is the travel sized items. It is just something that I love. Travel sized aisle's mean = "I'm going on vacation!!" And who the heck doesn't love that feeling??!! :cloud9::wizard::banana:

I told myself to keep it short and to only get a few things. There is still time and honestly I need to go through my toiletries bag to see what we actually NEED in the first place. So, I just got a few things that I know we don't have and/or need. Here is my purchase from yesterday.......

Note the extra first aid kit and extra band aids. This is a dig at DH. :lmao: I'm sure he'll love me for it.

Today where do I end up again??? Yep, TARGET!! Today I had to get a few things that I forgot yesterday and some items for DS's class. As I was shopping I ran into a friend and WE ran into the 90% off Christmas section in the back! :woohoo: I got a lot of ornaments for my tree next year. :yay:

I also got a few things for DS. One of them is a really cool Color Wonder "holder" or "folder"??? Not sure what to call it. Anyway, it holds his color wonder books inside along with some markers. I usually buy him a bunch of color wonder packs for our trips because they only mark on the paper and not on my car seats! :thumbsup2 Perfect for trip taking. He can clip the notebook on the top of the "folder" so that he has a hard surface to color on. So neat!! I think I will keep this along with the extra color wonder pack as some of his "surprises" toward the end of our countdown calendar.

Last year I started giving him small gifts for the trip when we got to 5 days left on the calendar. So for the last 5 days, each time he pulls off a mickey head he gets a "surprise" to go along with it. :thumbsup2

Here is some stuff I got today at Target. Some is trip related and some is not. The paint pens are just COOL so I got those for here at home. The Mitchell Musso CD is for this Friday if he comes home with a good report each day of school this week. He loves some of the songs on that CD so he will be super excited.

Check out the frog! It is a dry erase board so that he can learn to tell time and write it too. :thumbsup2 I got that in the $1 section at Target. They have frogs and owls.

If you remember, we are starting our countdown calendar at 30 days. Well my friends.....TOMORROW STARTS THE 30 DAYS!!!! I will be sure to take a picture of him starting the calendar tomorrow evening.

me, too! my husband says i need a target intervention. i go in there to pick up coffee creamer and socks and i come out with $100 dollars worth of stuff. every single time. it's very bad.

great shopping! unfortunately, i don't get as excited about the travel aisle. i keep my toiletry bag stocked constantly with that stuff for my trips to nashville to see the family. and as much as i love them, it's not as exciting as going on actual vacation. now when i buy glow sticks and ponchos i get REALLY excited because i know that means i'm going to disney!

:rotfl2: That is me too!!! So bad!

We usually just get the Mickey poncho's at the park. I know it's kind of a waste of money but I've brought poncho's many times and we somehow always end up with the Mickey one's anyway. :confused3 So I don't fight it anymore. :rotfl: Now glow sticks.....I'M WITH YA!!! But I stocked up on SO MANY of them during Halloween that I have like 4 or 5 tubes of those things still. :woohoo:

:woohoo:Travel Aisle:woohoo:

no need to go any further. I have resisted the urge for another week at least.

Hi Cherie! (Is it pronounced "Sherry" or "Sha-REE" - or another way? I have to know these things so I say it right in my head:blush:)

Anyway, I just found your PTR - and the title drew me in. LOVE those Vacation movies! Our family trips were just like that too. We drove across country from St Louis to California several times - and we always made sure to stop to see the world's largest ball of twine, Or some other crazy tourist trap.

Good job on your binder - I guess I need to start one of my own. Now, do you use yours just for planning, or do you take it with you?

I've got the same Baggalini, except in the khaki color. I'm actually thinking of getting something else this year - something lighter maybe? I wish I could just go bagless!

I love it too! But haven't been in about 3 weeks. I think I'm totally overdo for a Target run!

I still have a ton of travel sized things from when I went to Cali in April. But I still want to buy more. Is it wrong to filling a cart full of dollar deals and travel sized things?

That is too cute! I collect frog things, and although I already know how to tell time, I think I need that! And one of my friends at work collects owls. I think I just talked myself into stopping at Target before going to work.

If you remember, we are starting our countdown calendar at 30 days. Well my friends.....TOMORROW STARTS THE 30 DAYS!!!! I will be sure to take a picture of him starting the calendar tomorrow evening.

Yay for 30 day (tomorrow)!! I've got 29 as of today and can't handle it. I want to go NOW!
