National in Tampa? On plane now

Using Southest hotspot wi fi as we fly to Tampa! Is national in terminal or shuttle off site? I thought it was a second floor ramp near baggage. Lain but someone else says off site? Anyone know for sure?

National and Alamo are offsite and require a shuttle to reach. Most of the other rental companies are in a garage across the street from the baggage claim area.
