National Emerald Question

Hi everyone. I just called National to change my pick-up time. I then went onto the website and saw it was changed, but, it now says that our level of service is counter. It still says the "in addition to your emerald card..." thing. Can we still go to the Emerald Reserve section, or will we have to go to the counter now?

Call them back and have them change it to Emerald Reserve, they can and will do this. Often when you modify, it will switch you back to the counter.
